Individuals with disabilities and special needs deserve every opportunity to live fulfilling, independent lives. Their families deserve the support and resources to ensure their loved ones are safe, valued, and able to thrive. Yet too often, they must navigate a complex maze of services just to access the care and opportunities they need.
Standing at the forefront of these issues, Making a Difference Honorees are supporting people with special needs and their families through programs that offer meaningful inclusion in education, the arts, sports, and the workforce. Through their advocacy for the special needs community, they have created transformative services and programs of inclusion and enrichment.
