Mona and Nadine of Operation Chillout, 2008 Honoree Ray Chimileski’s organization, have known each other since high school. Mona has been mentoring and serving youth and families since 1990. She launched Urban Revival Center to provide wrap around programs for youth and adults in New Brunswick. Youth benefit from academic support, sports, and social programs to expand their horizons. Adult programs in English and Spanish include ESL, financial literacy and computer literacy.
