Kavin Arora founded Mission Impact after recognizing that many students wanted to serve their communities but lacked the opportunities, guidance, and support to create lasting change. By connecting young people with nonprofit organizations through leadership training, mentorship, and hands-on service, he has built a youth-led movement that strengthens communities while developing the next generation of changemakers. Since its founding, Mission Impact has uplifted more than 460,000 lives, saved nonprofit organizations over $25,000 in staff resources, trained more than 150 student leaders, and established 10+ long-term partnerships with nonprofits and mentors. The organization has earned the trust of nonprofit leaders across New Jersey, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County, UrbanPromise Trenton, Project Freedom, and HomeFront. Kavin has also been recognized by the New Jersey Legislature, including Assemblyman Wayne DeAngelo, Senator Linda Greenstein, and Assemblywoman Tennille McCoy, for his vision and commitment to community impact. Through Mission Impact, he continues to demonstrate how one student’s idea can inspire thousands of others to serve with purpose and create lasting change.
