About

Marjorie leads an all volunteer group at her church that feeds 100 households a week and over 1,000 different households every year. She visits people in nursing homes who have been abandoned by others. Marjorie is a coordinator for an auxiliary of a home for the aged and visits and assists regularly with worship programs and other nursing homes and their senior residents. She canvases supermarkets for the Second Harvest Hunger Program, personally delivering food to the needy and food banks.

Update: “Marjorie “Marge” Brubaker, 94 formerly of Sicklerville, NJ, passed away on January 1, 2016. Legacy Born in Lancaster, PA, Marge was a graduate of Ephrata High School and Lebanon Valley College. She retired in 1990 from the Superior Court of New Jersey in Woodbury. Marge was an active member of Apostles Lutheran Church in Turnersville and was also cluster counselor of fourteen Lutheran women groups and board member in the State of New Jersey.”
