Kim Sleeman of Short Hills launched The Warehouse NJ in 2019 with a mission to help individuals and families who have experienced homelessness transition into their new homes by providing them with gently used furniture and household items. The Warehouse has become a valuable resource for 40+ organizations in New Jersey, ranging from domestic violence shelters to refugee resettlement agencies. By providing the necessities that turn a space into a home, Kim has given more than 2,100 people a sense of beauty, dignity, and security in their lives.
