En 2007, los primos se enteraron de que a tres miembros de la familia les hab\u00edan diagnosticado la enfermedad. Aprendieron de primera mano las luchas que conlleva un diagn\u00f3stico de c\u00e1ncer de mama y quisieron marcar la diferencia. Juntaron su dinero y se pusieron en contacto con un abogado para crear una organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro. Lanzaron Breast Intentions para brindar apoyo emocional y financiero y otros recursos a pacientes y sus familias que estaban en crisis mientras luchaban contra el c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La misi\u00f3n de Breast Intentions es brindar intervenci\u00f3n de crisis para pacientes que enfrentan dificultades financieras mientras luchan contra el c\u00e1ncer de mama.
