For more than 30 years, Mort Zaleski, loaded up his station wagon with food and clothes to deliver to the homeless in the inner-cities of New Jersey. Mort and his wife make soup and sandwiches to be distributed on the streets. Every Saturday Morton volunteered his time for mission work with Faith Reformed Church in Hazlet.

Update: Morton Zaleski, 96, of Union Beach, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, New Jersey. Morton was born on August 8, 1925 in Newark, New Jersey, where he grew up. August 8, 1925 ~ September 12, 2021
